On Sept. 10, 2016 the Down Syndrome Association of Central Florida will be hosting its annual FREE “Low Down on Law Day” which will feature a variety of attorneys and judges from multiple jurisdictions to offer presentations, roundtable discussions and general advice sessions on these legal issues unique to families with a loved one with a developmental disability. The day will provide FREE resources to families as well as breakfast and lunch for all registered attendees. Child care will NOT be provided.

Will Thompson is responsible for the creation and management of Florida's Qualified ABLE Program. Prior experience as the Board's Director of Finance and Accounting and Director of Operations provides him with a well-rounded perspective for discussing program structure and policy decisions. He also regularly contributes to ABLE working groups, webinars and events. Will is a Florida attorney and CPA with a J.D. and a Masters of Accounting from Florida State University.
