The Board of Directors and staff of the Down Syndrome Association of Central Florida are proud to announce that on Friday, March 28, the DSACF closed on its purchase of our first home and Family Resource Center, located at 204 N. Wymore Road in Winter Park. The building's purchase price was slightly more than $530,000.
Offices will move early this summer after planned renovations with a Family Grand Opening to be held in early September. The 1,900 sf space has a large lending library/family area, 2-3 individual offices, two restrooms and small kitchen, along with a large multipurpose room to be used for playgroups, teen get-togethers, baby classes, workshops and more.
